Whether it's on a construction site, in a classroom, or beside the water, I bring real-world training and scenarios to every session from my experience in the Military, Search and Rescue and Emergency Response Teams.

As a qualified Emergency First Responder and certified instructor, I work with individuals and businesses across Ireland to raise safety standards, build confidence, and meet legal obligations without the fluff. My sessions are straight-talking, hands-on, and tailored to the needs of each group, because safety training should never be box-ticking.
