Led by Barry McCormack—an experienced coach, facilitator, and regenerative leadership practitioner—our mission is to support growth, resilience, and purpose in ways that honour both people and the planet.

With over 30 years’ experience across the military, public service, multinationals, and humanitarian settings, Barry brings a grounded, real-world understanding of leadership and human development. He is an EMCC Senior Practitioner, holds an MSc in Personal and Management Coaching, and has trained in Regenerative Leadership and Change with Regenerators.co.
