DESCRIPTION:Want to raise money for a charity?\n\n\n\nJoin the 23 hr Survival Challenge on Sept 30th to support SERVE. \n\nDo you accept the challenge to get back to the basics and survive?\n\nThis is your opportunity to get one with nature in the Wicklow mountains.\n\nYou & your team will meet adventure lovers and other like minded people who want to give back.\n\n\n Do you want to strengthen your team-spirit with your colleagues?\n Do you want to build a shelter from nothing?\n Do you know how to start a fire?\n Are you simply looking to have an unforgettable adventure with your team?\n\n\nThen the SERVE 2023 Survival Challenge is for you.\n\n\n\nRegistration Fee: 150 per person\n\nThis fee covers the following:\n\n\n Survival skill workshops\n Specialist equipment\n Expert tuition\n Breakfast & dinner\n Insurance\n\n\nWho is SERVE?\n\n\n SERVE is a development and volunteering organisation based in Blackrock\, Cork committed to tackling poverty in the majority world since 2003. \n \n We strive to do this by working in solidarity\, service\, and partnership with marginalised and oppressed communities\, empowering them to tackle the root causes of poverty and injustice.\n \n \n We focus specifically on programmes and projects that help communities enhance the lives of children and young people and recognises that gender equality is pivotal to achieving justice\, equality\, and sustainable development.\n \n \n We currently serve communities in India\, Zambia\, South Africa\, Zimbabwe\, Philippines\, and Mozambique.\n \n\n\n\n\nHow does this challenge represent SERVE:\n\nWhen you come into the wilderness for SERVE\, you will fight poverty.\n\nThis challenge represents the hardships of the communities we work with in our 7 partner countries.\n\n\n\nThe fundraising target for taking part in this event is 200.
