DESCRIPTION:Lead From Anywhere (Fully Funded for Cork Chamber members)\n\n\n\nWe provide guidance and support at every stage of your remote working journey.\n\n\n\nOver 8 weeks\, Grow Remote will partner with you through a blended learning environment\, to bring some of the experiences\, best practices\, lessons learned\, guidance\, and advice around considerations for managing teams remotely. The course value is  1\,350 per head.\n\n\n\nLearning from peers\, gaining insights from experienced remote leaders\, operations and supporting specialists\, this course blends the best of 'self-paced' online learning with live facilitated sessions and guest speakers.\n\nUpon successful completion of the programme\, participants will be awarded a digital badge and certificate of completion by Grow Remote. This badge is unique and one of the very first digital badges acknowledge by the Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LOETB).\n\nCourse Breakdown\n\n- 8 week training course\n\n- Beginning 28th April\n\n- Weekly classes (6 x 60 mins\, 2 x 90 mins)\n\n- Async modular content (2 hours per week)\n\n- Course value:  1\,350 per manager (or aspiring manager)\n\n\n\nDeadline: 18th April 2026\n\n \n\nSubject to available places\, your company could enrol a full group (up to 27 managers). The value of a full cohort is  36\,450\, which is fully funded through Solas via the National Training Fund.\n\n \n\nThere is therefore is no cost to employees or businesses in the Cork Chamber.
