It encourages colleagues who have had an unrealised ambition to fulfil their potential by learning a new skill within the performing and creative arts.\n\n\n\nThe programme provides them with top-level tutors\, mentoring\, support and encouragement so that they can expand their own boundaries and develop their potential in their chosen skills.
