DESCRIPTION:The Centre for Advanced Photonics and Process Analysis (CAPPA) would like to invite you to an Intellectual Property (IP) Boot Camp\n\n\n\nHere you will learn about:\n\n	Patents for protecting technologies and innovative products across a variety of sectors\n	Trade marks for protecting brand names\, logos and strap-lines.\n	Copyright for protecting your products and services\n	Design rights for protecting the look and shape of products\n\n Do you want to learn more about IP and how to protect your business? Why not visit the CAPPA IP Boot Camp. This will enable you to learn more about how your business can benefit from IP and the benefits of it going forward in the current environment.\n\n\n\nAt the boot camp you will hear from the leading European IP firm PURDYLUCEY on the areas of patents\, trademarks\, design and copyright. Michael Lucey will be speaking on the day about his experience in the industry and the advice he has for small and medium businesses.\n\n\n\nOn the day you will also hear about a variety of state funded initiatives to assist companies with R&D activities\, examples of collaborative projects and innovation for industry projects. There will also be a representative from Alcon to speak about how they have collaborated with CAPPA and the experience they have working with the brand.
