DESCRIPTION:Griffith College Cork's Certificate in Mediation (QQI Level 8\, Special Purpose Award) introduces learners to mediation as an alternative form of dispute resolution. This course provides an understanding of mediation as a career\, as an alternative to litigation and introduces the mediation process.
