The event begins at 6.30pm with a Champagne and canap reception with an introduction from resident Sommelier\, Ivan Vegas Sanchez\, along with Piper-Heidsieck Ambassador\, Martin Richard. This is followed by a delicious five course menu specially created by our Executive Chef\, Mark Staples\, to complement the carefully selected champagnes. \n\nPiper-Heidsieck is one of Champagne's most well-known houses. From being a favourite of Marilyn Monroe (who claimed she liked a glass to wake up in the morning!) to being the first ever bottle of Champagne to feature in a movie. Established in 1785\, it is renowned for its unique blends\, made from a combination of Chardonnay\, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. It has won numerous awards for its superior quality and is one of the most sought-after champagnes in the world. The champagne house is owned by Vranken-Pommery Monopole\, based in Reims\, and run by the current head winemaker\, R gis Camus. R gis Camus has been with the company since the late 1990s and has taken Piper-Heidsieck to new heights with his creative and innovative winemaking techniques.\n\nTickets are priced at 149 per person and spaces are limited.
