Training enhances staff and volunteer wellbeing and encourages disclosure of disabilities from staff and volunteers to management. By identifying misconceptions and promoting a respectful and inclusive environment\, attendees will gain necessary skills and confidence when interacting with colleagues and service users who have a disability.
