Our MC on the evening\, Michelle O'Sullivan of the Cork Chamber\, will lead our guest speakers to give you the vital information needed to improve your sustainable efforts.\n\n\n\nOur speakers on the evening include:\n\n\n\nChange By Degrees\n\nChange By Degrees provide education\, advice and inspiration to organisations to help them to operate more sustainably\, with a focus on behavioural change and communications. Co-Founded by Dr Tara Shine and Madeleine Murray\, Change by Degrees aims to make sustainability convenient and accessible to all - from people in their homes to executives in the boardroom\, and employees to small business owners. Together Tara and Madeleine bring expertise\, over 40 years' experience\, strong communication skills and an ability to engage people to find sustainable solutions in today's throwaway society.\n\n\n\n\n\nSarah Broderick\n\nSarah Broderick is an environmental researcher at the Clean Technology Centre\, Cork Institute of Technology. Her work focuses on food waste prevention\, in businesses and at the household level. Sarah is the co-ordinator if the EPA funded Stop Food Waste Programme\, a public awareness campaign\, and has recently completed Ireland's first extensive study on food waste in commercial food sectors.\n\n\n\n\n\nSarah O'Neill\n\nSarah graduated with a BA in fashion design from Limerick School of Art and Design and specialises in sustainability and zero waste through her process and practice. Challenging herself to be innovative in her approach to sustainability through zero waste pattern cutting and Anthotype print methods. This particular focus was nurtured from her internships with acclaimed sustainable fashion designers such as Faustine Steinmetz and Holly Fulton\, assisting them on their collections for London and Paris Fashion Weeks. In addition to her design practice\, Sarah has worked on fashion shoots in a production and creative director capacity. Using her own designs as well as incorporating other sustainable designers in these shoots\, facilitating a platform supporting those working in the zero waste movement.\n\n \nTO REGISTER CLICK HERE
