SUMMARY:Growth Mindset Skills
DESCRIPTION:Science once told us that the human brain stops developing in childhood\, however\, we now know that the brain is constantly evolving and changing. Many parts of the brain respond to experiences and our 'software' can be updated through learning. Despite the neurological facts\, some people still think that you're stuck with the talents and 'smarts' you're born with.\n\n\n\nPsychologist Carol Dweck\, from Stanford University\, was the first researcher to explore the idea of fixed and growth mindsets.\n\n\n\nIn this course\, we will analyse beliefs and actions that contribute to a growth mindset within an organization. We will evaluate opportunities to increasingly develop a growth mindset and offer practical tips for how to foster a growth mindset within ourselves\, our teams and our organization.\n\n\nThis workshop is suitable for everyone\, & all the better if various levels of seniority are mixed for peer learning and sharing experiences.\n\n\n\nThis course can also be run as an in-company programme delivered on-site to meet your specific requirements. For more information on in-company delivery\, or if you have any questions regarding this course\, please Click Here.\n\n\n\nBOOK NOW
