DESCRIPTION:Ready to kick off 2019 on a high? Join us for a morning jam packed with health\, wellbeing\, yoga\, pilates & mindful meditation at Hayfield Manor! This is not only a perfect way to spend a morning with friends\, you will also learn healthy habits and tips to guide you through 2019. To add to the feel good & fabulous factors\, all proceeds from this event will go to DEBRA Ireland.\n\nIn aid of this brilliant charity\, Hayfield Manor Sales Director Karen Fleming and event co-host\, Emma Kenneally\, Head of Marketing at Voxpro\, are undertaking an Arctic Challenge in March 2019 - a gruelling 5 day and night trek through the Arctic Circle\, without running water or electricity and braving up to -30C temperatures. In advance of this fundraising mission\, they are delighted to collaborate with event sponsors Hayfield Manor\, Voxpro\, Anam Solas Yoga\, Release Peace and Flex in the City to offer a Half Day Health & Happiness retreat in the heart of Cork City.\n\n\nApproximate Running Order:\n\n10am - Light breakfast in Perrotts Garden Bistro\n\n11am - Yoga session with Jean Noonan (Anam Solas Yoga)\n\n11.30am - Mindfulness & Meditation with Michelle Hardwick (Release Peace)\n\n12.15 - Pilates session with Julette Jones (Flex In The City)\n\n1pm - Departure with Tea/Coffee\n\nTickets are priced at 59.00 per person.
