She is passionate about healthy food that is both delicious and helps clients to thrive. She helps clients find balance in their lives through lifestyle approaches such as gentle exercise and stress reduction techniques\, having seen that an imbalance in one aspect of our lives can profoundly affect other areas\, compromising overall health.\n\nJEAN O'HANLON H.Dip\n\nJean gained her Postgraduate Degree in psychology (H.Dip) in University College Cork in 2009 before working in the area of Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation for a number of years. After a stint of poor health and recovery herself\, Jean became passionate about sharing her knowledge and the approaches that helped her regain her own health and well-being.\n\nBRENDAN MILLS\, H Dip.\n\nA member of The Association for Coaching\, a recognised professional body for Coaching\, Brendan Mills is a fully qualified and accredited personal coach. He has considerable experience and qualifications as a sports coach and also currently work as a consultant and lead trainer with a charity that has successfully trained 500 frontline staff working in the Health\, Education and Social sectors across Ireland over the last three years.
