DESCRIPTION:At Crann\, we provide services based around six key themes to those with a neuro-physical disability\, such as\, but not limited to\, Spina Bifida\, Hydrocephalus\, Muscular Dystrophy\, Cerebral Palsy\, Childhood Stroke and Spinal Cord Injuries   and their families. The family is at the core of what we do.\n\n\n\nOur clients' future is important to us at Crann. From the Junior and Leaving Certs to further education options\, your educational journey presents challenges and we're here to support you and your family to overcome these challenges and succeed.\n\n\n\nTo help with guidance and advice about your next steps\, Mary O'Grady\, Crann's Life/Career Coach\, is hosting a talk via Zoom entitled "Exploring your Future/ Managing Transitions in school". Mary has a wealth of experience in areas that range from education\, coaching and disability support. Her solution-focused approach aims to inspire\, motivate\, challenge and support you.\n\n\n\nIn this talk\, Mary will focus on the important steps in making a successful transition across the educational sector from\n\n\n\n  Junior Cycle to Senior Cycle\n\n  Leaving Cert to Further & Higher Education\n\n\n\nEarly preparation and good planning are central to identifying the challenges in managing change.
