DESCRIPTION:MII Cork is delighted to announce their 1st event of the 2023 / 2024 season\, Unlocking the ABC's of ESG: Navigating Sustainability and Social Responsibility on Tuesday October 24th at the Clayton Hotel Cork City.  \n\nThe event will feature a panel of industry experts who will address the growing importance of ESG (environmental\, social and governance) for businesses\, illustrating how best to implement\, and communicate\, authentic ESG Marketing strategies\, and the impact they have.\n\nThe event will be chaired by Thomas McHugh\, Head of Public Affairs and Communications at Orsted\, who will lead the panel of industry experts in a thought-provoking discussion on navigating the responsibilities of companies with regard to ESG\, and how to ensure the message reaches the consumer to effectively develop reputation.  The event will also examine how ESG can boost company value\, attract\, and retain talent and make tangible difference to local communities. \n\nEach speaker will deliver a short presentation before the discussion panel gets underway\, and the panellists include:\n\n- Maeve McNamara   ESG Manager\, Boots Ireland\n\n- Padraic Vallely   Senior Manager\, Rethink Ireland\n\n- Fionnuala Moran   Sustainability Broadcaster\, Influencer & Journalist
