This tour will take place at a slower rate than our usual Gallery tours\, allowing participants to take their time\, and fully immerse themselves in the experience of exploring the art and exhibitions on display.\n\n \n\nOur Mindfulness Tour has been designed to incorporate elements of slow looking\, reflection\, and mindfulness\, providing a unique opportunity for visitors to engage with the art in a deeper\, more meaningful way. \n\n \n\nThe Mindfulness Tour will take place at 1pm\, making it the perfect lunchtime activity for those who wish to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
