You will leave with a clearer understanding of how your mindset shapes your wellbeing\, and with small\, actionable 1% shifts you can begin practising straight away.\n\n\n\nBecause sustainable wellbeing isn't something that happens to you - it's something you build\, one intentional step at a time.\n\n\n\nThis taster session is open to all staff - employees and managers alike.
