DESCRIPTION:We are proud to announce that the first of a two part "Performance Series" breakfast briefing will be hosted by Morgan McKinley on the 16th of August in Dublin and on the 23rd of August in Cork. The first session entitled\; "Performance Through Wellbeing" will be focused around wellness in the workplace while learning about valuable insights into lifestyle changes that can greatly improve your personal and professional wellbeing. The briefing will begin at 7:30 am sharp with a nutritious breakfast for all in attendance to help kick start the day. The session will offer its attendees a unique opportunity to network with other corporate representatives who share a passion for wellness in the workplace.\n\n\n\nThere will be speeches from two individuals\; Ian Kinsella & Aideen O'Colmain\, who both have vast experience in wellbeing & corporate success. Ian Kinsella is Morgan McKinley's IT Recruitment Manager and is currently leading one of the highest performing teams in Morgan McKinley globally.\n\n\n\nBefore his time as a manager Ian was a top performer and achieved record sales performances in both Morgan McKinley and during previous employment where he was one of the top car salesmen in Ireland. Ian believes his success has been heavily influenced by his passion for running and keeping fit and healthy. He has run six marathons since 2010 and is hoping to run the Berlin marathon in September this year in a personal best time of two hours and 40 mins.\n\n\n\nAideen O'Colmain is the Corporate Wellness Director of EMEA for Fitbit. Fitbit are one of the leading global providers of technologies that support a healthy lifestyle & enable personal activity tracking. Aideen joined Fitbit in 2014 to establish the company's corporate wellness initiative in Europe\, Africa and the Middle East.
