Prior to that he spent 18 years at Irish Distillers Ltd. as General Manager Midleton Distillery and then Production Director\, IDL.\n\n\n\nBefore Irish Distillers/Pernod Ricard\, Peter spent 13 years in the dairy industry in Saudi Arabia with Almarai (Masstock) and in the UK with Yeo Valley Farms. He was founding chairman of the Irish Whiskey Association. Educated in CBC Cork and UCC qualifications include a BSc. Dairy\, ACMA and Dip. Dist.
