The day will also include a discussion on how much control do businesses have on how their online brand is portrayed by their employees as well as themselves.\n\n\n\nThe workshops would benefit all levels of an organisation from management to lower levels.\n\n\n\nAims of the Course:\n\n To demonstrate to participants\, the importance of personal branding for online business growth and competitive advantage\n\n To show participants how to select and use social media platforms to develop a personal brand\n\n To show participants how to develop a blog on the company website and how to create an ePortfolio of work the art of storytelling\n\n To show participants how recruiting techniques has developed over time\; various CV methods\; the importance of searching online to find candidates\n\n To show participants how networking skills (both offline and online) and what tools are available\n\n To show participants the importance and practical aspects of managing an online personal brand\n\n\n\nThis workshop will consist of practical sessions so it will be expected that all participants will bring a laptop and charger with them on the day.
