SUMMARY:Refresh and Connect for Coaches
DESCRIPTION:Vitae Consulting are excited to announce a new initiative which we will be rolling out over the next year. A series of Refresh and Reconnect workshops for coaches.\nObjectives:\n\nAs professionals we are all aware of the challenge of keeping our skills fresh and of tapping in to the knowledge and experience of our peers in supporting this learning. These sessions will have three goals:\n\n\n To provide you with some new knowledge or refresh existing knowledge. Each session will cover a new and relevant topic (see below).\n To facilitate a space for shared peer to peer learning\n To provide a networking opportunity to meet other coaches and coaching professionals across sectors and with a range of experience.\n\n\nFormat and outline\n\nThese day long workshops\, facilitated by Anne Hennessy of Vitae Consulting\, will incorporate morning learning sessions\, group activities and discussion and afternoon sessions covering the practical application of theory\, facilitated in a peer shared learning environment. Finally the day will end with a networking opportunity of nibbles and drinks where participants will be encouraged to develop their peer coaching network and create new contacts.\n\nWorkshop 1: Strengths Based and Positive Coaching (including an opportunity to take and feedback the strengths profile assessment)\,\n\nWorkshop 2: Nancy Klienes 'Time to think'- Creating a thinking environment using powerful and incisive questioning\,\n\nWorkshop 3: Team Coaching using Lencionis Model\,\n\nWorkshop 4: The Process of Change\; looking at the Prochaska Model of Change\, the Cycle of Experience and Immunity to Change in Coaching practise.\n\nWho should attend\n\nAnyone working in the area of coaching including those in private practise and those pursuing coaching functions within organisations\, managers looking to develop their coaching skills and coaching students looking to hone their skills.\n\nCost\n\nYou can attend the workshops on a one off basis at a cost of 150 per day workshop or you can avail of all 4 workshops at a cost of 450 euro for 4 days.
