Neil is founder and managing director of Time to Fly Ltd and his work in the area of personal development and mental fitness has made him a sought-after name in the corporate and sports world\, coaching elite business and sports people including major golfing superstars. Time to Fly is also the name of Neil's book which contains practical exercises and coaching tips about tapping into our human potential.\n\n\n\n"Neil has some views based on his own experience that run counter to some of the mainstream thinking on the topic so it will be a lively conversation with opportunities for guests to join in.
