He also discusses the role that media and our relationship to uncertainty has in this situation and offers some practical guidelines for taking better care of ourselves.\n\nCiar n Hourican is the Managing Partner of H-Training and a Workplace Coach and Mentor with a passionate interest in developing others and a track record for realising excellence. He has worked extensively across both the private and public sectors and more recently in the area of tech. With a background in politics and leadership psychology Ciar n brings a very dynamic energy to leadership and coaching.
