These courses have been shown to improve attitudes towards people with mental health difficulties\, reduce stigma\, improve knowledge and improve peoples confidence in providing help and likelihood to advise people to seek professional help. Who can attend? Everyone.\n\n\n\nWhen I discuss our mental health courses with organisations I always explain the advantages of running these courses. Organisations have a legal duty of care to employees for their mental well being. Putting a proactive programme in place demonstrates an organisations commitment to that. \n\n\n\nWhen it comes to employee retention there is an expectation from talent for organisations to support mental health so programmes such as ours will give real competitive edge.\n\n\n\nThe courses that we offer also can increase productivity.
