DESCRIPTION:April 12th represents workplace health and wellbeing day.\n\nNRG Xpress Gym wants to celebrate this day with local businesses around Little Island.\n\nWhat will happen on April 12th?\n\n- A free lunch time class at 12.45pm and 1.15pm at NRG Xpress Gym\n\n- Free use of the gym on April 12th with proof of ID working in the Little Island area\n\n- Fresh fruit will be available all day at reception to promote healty eating\n\n- Free draw on the day for all gym members with a chance to win a personalised NRG healthy hamper.\n\n\n\nWe also provide classes in your workplace\, where we come out to your work and do a fitness class on-site.\n\nIf your company is interested in any of the above or wants to find out more information\, please send me an email to william@nrgfitness.ie.
