As such\, both new and familiar names can be included in seasonal group exhibitions and solo shows. Selection is made based on quality and commercial appeal and a limited number of pieces by the most saleable artists is retained in stock between shows. \n\n\n\nLavit Gallery is now in the process of developing a new regular feature in our programme that will focus on the most established artists with whom the organisation has a working relationship\, whilst also including a small selection of emerging artists whose work is of an equal caliber and has already proven popular with our audience. Unlike our seasonal show\, this will not be a platform for trying out new artists\, but rather a showcase of undisputed talent and salability. \n\n\n\nThis concept builds on the legacy and heritage of the exclusive Cork Arts Society Exhibition (C.A.S.E.) of previous decades and launches this year with the working title 'Works from Stock'.
