The event aims to highlight the interdependence of good health and wellbeing with professional success and will include a live cookery demonstration. \n\n\n\n\n\nCookery Demonstration\n\nSusie OLeary & Aimie Musgrave - Co founders of Crunch Food Company\n\n\n\nHaving spent many years abroad cooking for some of the worlds most health conscious people\, they decided to move back home to Cork to set up Crunch. They have combined their knowledge of cooking and nutrition to create an exciting\, fun\, educational and above all delicious business venture. The girls believe strongly in a healthy life balance and aim to demonstrate how healthy eating can be made easy and enjoyable.
