About Us

Velo Coffee Roasters was established in 2017, in a Cork City Centre cafe. A strong interest in good quality coffee has always existed here, and we are excited to share our brand of coffee with you. After our success with the Grow with Aldi programm in 2018, we moved to a purpose designed facility on the fringe of the City in 2019.

We believe in quality, therefore we only source the best beans available and roast them to the highest standards. Transparency is important to us so we work closely with our green bean merchants to secure a direct line of traceability back to the farm.

We roast single origins along with our own original blends - Velo Morning Fixie, Velo Yellow Jersey, and our award winning Velo Tandem and Velo Cargo Bike. You can purchase these and other coffees on our online shop. In addition, we offer our own brand roasting subject to minimum orders.
