About Us

As a new addition to the fabric of the city, Dwyers of Cork pays tribute to one of its most successful entrepreneurs in the very building that housed his first business. With a focus on quality service, great food & atmosphere along with a warm welcome our hope is to honour the spirit of James Dwyer into the future.
Dwyers of Cork offers one of the best brunch menus in Cork city centre. Operating 7 days a week from 12 noon, all of Leeside’s favourites are included – eggs benedict, Belgian-style waffles and savoury sandwiches. What has made Dwyers Brunch Club famous is our signature pancake sharing board for 2, with its abundance of American-style pancakes and toppings, as well as our renowned Bottomless Brunch (2 sittings every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday), including unlimited Prosecco or Mimosas with your dish of choice.
Crunch (our take on cocktails & brunch) is available 7 days a week, where you can enjoy 2 cocktails of your choice with any brunch dish.
If you’re looking for a tasty bar food menu or finger food options, our evening service commences at 4.30pm daily. The menus change seasonally but are always packed full of locally sourced ingredients and include our long-standing best-sellers – a sumptuous Buttermilk-marinated Southern Fried Chicken Burger and our Dwyers Classic Beef Burger. As with all of our menus, all dietary requirements are catered for – ask our staff and they’ll be happy to provide further assistance!
