Hand in Hand is an national charity providing valuable practical and emotional supports to families in Ireland affected by childhood cancer. These services include household cleaning, laundry services , family meal delivery, play therapy and counselling, helping to ease the burden of treatment. By reducing stress, HIH allows families to focus on what matters most- their child's health & well-being
