About Us
Red Mountain is a Cork-based strategy and innovation design consultancy. We help organisations make sharper decisions about where to go next, then design the projects, services and change programmes that get them there.
Our work spans strategy, service design, facilitation and stakeholder engagement, and increasingly the question of how to adopt AI without getting it wrong. We handle the readiness assessments, governance and adoption planning that sit behind that, backed by over 30 years of combined consultancy experience.
We have delivered projects for MTU, ATU, the University of Galway, Údarás na Gaeltachta, Linesight and the MedLink PMO Forum, along with a global clinical research organisation. Red Mountain also serves on the RDI Hub Smart Regions AI Upskilling consultant panel.
