SECAD is a Local Development Company est. in 1995 to manage locally focused community, social inclusion, environmental, and enterprise investment funds on behalf of the State, EU and commercial entities. SECAD’s staff assists indigenous and international businesses to maximize the impact of their community interactions through the implementation of innovative ‘community benefit fund’ strategies.
