About Us

Crann is a pioneering Irish charity; we provide life-long solutions for people & families living with neuro-physical disabilities. Our community of clients & families access our team of experts, services and facilities on a referral basis and they receive a personalised programme of care to meet their needs. Since our doors opened in 2018 we have already helped over 500 clients & families through our Model of Care.

We focus on supporting people & families living with congenital, progressive, or acquired neuro-physical disabilities.
We deliver support for adults and children with Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Arthrogryposis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis.
