Artificial Intelligence (AI) has captured the minds of business and IT leaders across Ireland in recent times. With recent research from Dell’s Innovation Catalyst Study revealing that 70% of leaders in Ireland believe that GenAI will significantly transform their industry, it is clear that the AI will play a pivotal role in enhancing growth for businesses of all sizes. However, with 49% of organisations in Ireland struggling to keep pace with advancements in GenAI, many leaders are still reflecting on the changes necessary to unlock its potential.

Kevin O’Leary, Country Manager, DASSAULT SYSTEMES. Day to day he is Vice President of R&D and leads a global team that deliver solutions related to Quality, Regulatory & Compliance. Kevin leverages AI to bring transformational solutions to market for highly regulated markets such as Life Sciences for several years.


Neil Bowden, AI Business Development Team, Dell Technologies. Neil is an information technology professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. He helps organisations develop tailored AI solutions to address their business needs, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience in the field. (Written with help from an AI)


Avril Power, Co-founder, Giyst. Giyst is an innovative AI video repurposing platform that transforms long-form content into engaging summaries and snippets. Avril plays a crucial role in shaping the company's vision, driving product development, and spearheading go-to-market strategies.


James Callanan, Senior Product Manager, Johnson Controls Digital Solutions. This team is leveraging technology advances, including AI, to build Smart Building solutions that optimise building operations, to deliver on energy savings and sustainability goals, while providing occupants with an overall enhanced occupant experience.


Moderator: Emmet Ryan, One of Ireland’s leading tech journalists. With over two decades of experience, he was founding editor of Connected magazine in the Business Post. A regular guest on national and international broadcast media, Ryan has won multiple awards for his work in technology journalism.
