Luas Cork Briefing

Luas Cork Briefing

Luas Cork is a proposed light rail line running from Ballincollig to Mahon Point, connecting key destinations such as MTU, Cork University Hospital, UCC, Cork city centre, Kent Station, Cork Docklands, Blackrock and Mahon.

With public consultation now underway on the emerging preferred route for Luas Cork, join us for an in-person briefing with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) to explore the proposed route and planned developments.

Key project stakeholders will provide an overview of the current emerging preferred route, open for public consultation until 9th June, and outline the main considerations and key aspects of the proposed development.

Members of the Luas Cork project team will be available to answer questions on the emerging preferred route and consultation process.

Speakers:
• Sarah O’Donnell, Project Manager Luas Cork, TII
• Paolo Carbone, Head of Public Transport Capital Projects TII
• Eamon Scullion, Project Manager Luas Cork, Jacobs Engineering
