Site Manager

As a Site Manager for Sigma Homes, you will play an integral part of making that happen.
Role and Responsibilities
Prepare and manage work schedules for your construction team.
Manage multiple projects running simultaneously.
Prepare weekly progress and forecast reports for review by senior management, ensure scope of works are identified/ reported and approved.
Ensure effective and relevant communication between the site-based teams.
Ensure tools are suitable for the job function and are maintained.
Act as the primary contact for the client during construction works.
Complete projects within specified timelines.
Negotiate subcontractors.
Ensure all works are compliant with our H&S policy and appropriate legislation.
Requirements
Experience in building house extensions and renovations.
Demonstrate strong leadership and motivational qualities as a Team Manager Hardworking, conscientious, and self-motivated with an ability to focus efforts and energy on successfully achieving standards of excellence in delivery of goals and objectives.
Must have at least 5 years' experience as a site manager Full drivers' licence Safe pass, manual handling and references to hand.
Irish Residential Experience mandatory and seeking a candidate who currently resides in Ireland, preferably Munster.
