Cork Rates Revaluation - Deadline for Return of Information

Avison Young, formerly Donal O' Buachalla & Company Ltd, wish to inform you that Táilte Éireann, formerly the Valuation Office, has now initiated the Rates Revaluation of Cork City & Cork County.
 
A Valuation Order has been published today outlining the timelines involved in this process. In preparation for the issue of new valuations/liabilities, Táilte Éireann (TÉ) under Section 45 & 46 of the Valuation Act, 2001 are writing to each ratepayer seeking property and market information.
 
This information should be supplied via the TÉ Occupier Portal within a 28-day timeframe. A ratepayer who fails to comply with this request for information or knowingly provides false information may be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine.
