3 HAIL MARY’S – Presented by The Crokey Hill Club

The Crokey Hill Club presents an extremely entertaining play 3 Hail Mary’s by Tommy Marren. It will be a hilarious night of Irish comedy at The Everyman.

3 Hail Mary’s is set in a nursing home in Ireland in 2016. Mary O’Toole, Mary O’Brien and Mary O’Neill all suffer from memory loss. After 10 years together in the same nursing home, it’s time for all 3 Marys to bid farewell to one another. It might be their last day in each other’s company but they decide to celebrate it in style!? Mary, Mary and Mary reminisce, argue, sing, dance and confuse each other like every other day!

This rip-roaring Irish comedy is written by Tommy Marren – writer of It’s the Real McCoy and Nobody’s Talking to Me – and is a must-see!!

The Crokey Hill Players was set up by Tommy Marren with the aim of providing audiences across the country with original Irish comedy. Over the years the group has travelled the length and breadth of the country and across the seas to the UK and USA bringing laughter and joy to audiences wherever they meet them. Tommy’s work has received rave reviews and raised substantial monies for local and national charities. This year we welcome newcomer Maura Tansey Healy to our cast and you will get a chance to see some of our much-loved actors on stage as well.

3 Hail Mary’s will be the show that you remember for a long time. With hilarious one-liners, lots of singsongs and some emotion thrown in for good measure this is a unique show. From nostalgia to comedy and even music, it’s going to be one hell of a hooley!!!
