The construction sector is a vital component in any healthy economy. The past decade has taken a tremendous toll on the sector and everyone working in the sector. As a consequence, our country is now facing a housing crisis. Normal rules of supply and demand should mean that a huge opportunity exists and that housing need would be met.
We are hosting a business owner forum on Wednesday 31st August, to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the Irish Construction Sector. This event is will be structured and chaired, but the opinions of the attendees is what matters most.
We will discuss current topics affecting the construction sector, including but not exclusively:
• Financing issues
• Labour availability
• Profitability of the sector
• New forms of contract
• Regulations
• Your ideas
• A different way of doing things
This will be an interactive session where you will meet fellow business owners who will share opinions. There will be opportunity for you to tease out issues in your sector with your peers.
