All Ireland Family Business Roadshow: Succession in Family Business Series 2017

All Ireland Family Business Roadshow: Succession in Family Business Series 2017

The 'S' Word - Navigating Succession in Family Business. The succession process is the single most important event in the life cycle of a family business. Join us to discuss the central issues affecting your business's succession planning process, including:

• engaging the next generation,
• the role of non-family employees in succession
• learning to let go
• life after involvement in the family business

The Centre for Family Business is also proud to welcome Professor Finian Buckley, associate professor of work and organisational psychology, at DCU Business School. Professor Buckley's research interests include trust in the workplace, in particular how trust is developed and maintained over time. The event will also provide a valuable networking opportunity, with a guest local business family sharing their story.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS: Rachel Healy of Healy's Bakery, and Patrick Buckley of EPS Group
