APEM Group Launch Event

Join the APEM Group and Dr Sarah Zimmerman from Natural Capital Ireland at our launch event on Wednesday June 15th at the National Software Centre, Cork - 6-8pm.

The evening will be a great opportunity to understand the relationship between business and biodiversity in Ireland and what can and needs to be done to protect our unique and special environment.
 
Ireland declared a climate and biodiversity emergency in 2019 and last year fixed a national objective, enshrined in law, seeking “to pursue and achieve a transition to a climate resilient, biodiversity-rich, environmentally sustainable and climate neutral economy” by no later than the end of the year 2050.
 
Opening our doors with just one member of staff in September 2020, both organically and through the joining of AQUAFACT and Woodrow, we have now grown the APEM Group’s presence in Ireland to a combined team of 55 marine, freshwater and terrestrial ecologists.
