  Aongus has over 35 years of global leadership experience, notably at Dell Technologies. Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and gender balance, he co-chaired Ireland’s Balance for Better Business initiative and holds advisory roles across multiple organisations.
• Sharon Kelly | Chief People Officer, Woodie’s
  A distinguished HR leader, Sharon has transformed Woodie’s into one of Ireland’s top workplaces, driving engagement from 36% to 83%. She champions diversity and inclusion, talent development, and high-performance workplace cultures. Woodie’s has also received Gold Accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity.
