Guest Speaker Peigin Crowley, founder of GROUND Wellbeing, was inspired to build a sustainable and simpler life, one that honoured nature and promoted balance and connection. Having stood at the forefront of the wellness evolution in Ireland for the majority of her design career. Carving out a reputation as someone who delivers seamless experiential spaces in authentic, luxurious environments –Peigin’s portfolio of 5-Star, award-winning properties include Adare Manor, The Cliff House Hotel, The Merrion, Mount Juliet Estate, and The Old Head of Kinsale. A creative aromatherapist at heart, Peigín’s true passion lies in developing spa treatments and wellness products. In 2020 Ground Wellbeing was born at the kitchen table in a quest to make wellness and trues self-care accessible to all. Peigin will speak about ‘Understanding Burnout, Understanding True Self Care
