Join us for an engaging and interactive keynote presentation with renowned gender-in-the-workplace experts David G. Smith, PhD, and W. Brad Johnson, PhD. David and Brad, authors of Athena Rising and Good Guys, are professors, authors, and former naval officers with a mission to engage more men in gender equity initiatives.
This session will focus on the empowering role men play in creating inclusive workplaces and will make the business case for each of our roles in achieving gender equity.
David and Brad using extensive and compelling research, interwoven with humour and organisation best practices , provide the “how to” for men, women, and organisational leaders to be intentional inclusive allies, leveraging critical allyship skills to create a more engaged workforce.
