About our speakers:
• Cathal Divilly has been with Great Place to Work since it first launched into the Irish market over twenty years ago. He has been fortunate enough to work with many different leaders from a multiplicity of industries in supporting them in building and sustaining a high-trust workplace. He spends a lot of his time with leadership teams advising them on how to make improvements to their culture and attract the best talent.
• Fania Stoney is the Business Development Strategist with Great Place to Work. She is an experienced B2B strategist, leader and founder. She works closely with organisations from a range of industries, maintaining collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholders to create Great Workplaces and high performing environments for employees.
• Kevin O’Donovan is a Senior Vice President with Statkraft, heading up the wind, solar, battery and grid services activities for Ireland and the UK. When Element Power was acquired by Statkraft in 2018, Kevin was appointed Managing Director of Statkraft Ireland and has since overseen a significant expansion of the Irish team and its operations.
• Kathleen Linehan joined Trigon Hotels as Strategic Director Of Human Resources in January 2019. She has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources having worked in both Manufacturing, and Hospitality Industries, her expertise includes organisational development, behavioural analysis and fostering a culture of inclusive, diverse workplaces.
• Jim McGrath joined AbbVie Cork in 2015 and has full responsibility for the Finance function on site. He has worked together with the Senior Leadership Team in AbbVie Cork, and as part of the AbbVie Sites in Ireland, to support the Great Places to Work Initiative. The feedback from the Annual Survey is one of the key data points for sites and functions to inform their people development and engagement strategy for the year ahead.
