She held multiple senior roles including Shannon Airport Director, Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CEO and ultimately CEO where she built a reputation for delivering strategic transformation, operational excellence and regional economic impact.

Across her career, Mary has developed expertise in strategic leadership, governance, risk, regulatory environments and stakeholder engagement at regional, national and international levels. Her leadership supports key national priorities across sustainable transport, climate action, housing development and long-term strategic planning.
