From leading the launch and international expansion of HEINEKEN’s Global Cider Business to steering HEINEKEN Ireland through the unprecedented challenges facing the hospitality sector during COVID-19, Sharon’s career has been defined by innovation, resilience and customer-focused leadership.
Today, she leads the business with a strong focus on sustainable growth, people-first leadership and future-proofing one of Cork’s most iconic businesses.
Sharon will discuss how the business is responding to and leading the moderation movement, while sustaining a strong future for the brewery, its people and its portfolio of iconic brands.
