Hear from keynote speaker, Sean O'Driscoll, Chair, UCC Governing Authority. Sean is the Chair of the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) and is a member of the Ireland 2040 Delivery Board and of the Trilateral Commission.

He is a former Chair and Chief Executive of the Glen Dimplex Group, a former Partner in KPMG, a former director of Allied Irish Banks and a former member of the National Competitiveness Council of Ireland and of several Government Appointed Advisory Groups. He is also the recipient of an OBE and a Légion d’Honneur Award.

Rachel O’Leary, Director of Business Engagement, UCC will introduce UCC's new Business Engagement Portal which is designed to support the needs of industry partners to access UCC's Talent, Skills for Work courses, Research expertise and Innovation. 

Rachel has over 25 years' experience working at the industry interface within the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors. Her new role, Director of Business Engagement, is part of the University's commitment to industry partners and focuses on enhancing the University’s engagement with industry, identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities.
