There's something different about Christmas in a castle estate. This December, Dripsey Castle Estate opens its doors for an evening built around fire-lit rooms, candlelight, and a table set for celebration - the kind of night that feels like stepping back in time, just with better wine.

Bring whoever you like, family, colleagues, your closest friends, or a table full of new ones. Everyone's welcome.

At the heart of it: a three-course dinner from Jack O'Keeffe, an Executive Head Chef and Ireland AM regular whose reputation runs on bold, sustainable food with a story. Expect classic Christmas flavours, given room to be a little unexpected, all built from ingredients sourced close to home.

Glasses will be kept full throughout wine, beer and cider, and the kitchen's happy to work around gluten-free or vegetarian needs if you flag it ahead of time.

Music will thread through the manor all night, so the room never quite goes quiet.
