Cork Summer Breakfast With IPSA (hosted by EY Cork office, Lapps Quay) provides you with the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the Irish share plan sector, with updates from Marie Flynn (PWC), IPSA Chair and Peter O'Connor (EY) IPSA Vice Chair, based on recent IPSA discussions with Revenue and the Department of Finance.

EY Law Partner Deirdre Malone will deliver a presentation on the introduction of EU Pay Transparency and what it means for company reporting.

Cork Summer Breakfast With IPSA will also feature a panel discussion about the share plan journeys of Cork-based companies. The panel will include Marie Flavin, Employee Shareholder Relationship Manager at PM Group, Paul Kelleher, VP of Engineering at Qualcomm, and Aoife Linehan, Tax Manager at Heineken Ireland. Peter O'Connor, IPSA Vice Chair and Tax Director at EY, will moderate a Q&A session with the panelists.

Cork Summer Breakfast With IPSA starts at 8am with registration and a light breakfast, and finishes at 10am.
